Clinique has always been a major source of inspiration for women and in encourage them to have confidence in themselve and never give up on their ambitions.
Now the international campaign Face Forward has just been launched which features a group of successfull young women instead of traditional models.
The campaign stars blogger and actress Tavi Gevinson, 19, Australian blogger and stylist Margaret Zhang, 21, and DJ, blogger and model Hannah Bronfman, 26.
Clinique's global campaign set around their iconic 3-Step System encourages women to set goals and focus on their ambitions while asking them to consider what advice they would give to young girls.
These three young girls are all but ordinary and all of them have achieved so much already in their fields and it is these achievements and success in their career that Clinique wants to celebrate rather than their appearance in the new #FaceForward campaign.
Tavi is a New York based blogger who grew up in Illinois. She was surely an "enfant prodige" as she launched her blog "Style Rookie" when she was 11 years old, only to be in the front row at NYFW together with Anna Wintour one year later. At 15 she launched her online magazine, Rookie. Despite her many commitments in fashion and media she also finds time to act and after her high school graduation she featured in the Broadway play This is Our Youth.

How did you first get introduced to Clinique?
I was on a photo shoot a couple of years ago and the makeup artist said “you need this!” in reference to the yellow lotion, Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+™. Then I learned it’s sort of iconic, and it’s now a staple in my skin care regimen.

New York born Hannah, 28 is a DJ, blogger, model and entrepreneur.
In 2012 she co-founded "Beautified" an app which allows people to book last minute beauty services at beauty salons, spa, etc.
Hannah is also a fitness enthusiast and when she not busy modeling or taking parts at events all over the worls she also runs her blog HBFit.

What makes you feel the most confident?
A clean face always makes me feel most confident. Confidence to me starts with your skin and what you’re putting in your body. As long as you are doing right by yourself they say you glow from the inside, giving you a true sense of confidence.
Margaret, 21, is an Australian stylist, writer, photographer and creative director all while studying law full time! She is founder and creative director of the blog " Shine by Three" which she created when she was only 16. Her website has seen a constant expansion and she continues to take on many exciting projects like this one as Clinique's Ambassador.

What is your advice for young women hoping to become an entrepreneur?
We live in a world where anything is possible. Things are no longer formulaic—what you study in school does not end up being your career. Look at me, I’m in law school and I’m working in the fashion industry
